This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this website itself. The hosting provider may process technical server logs, such as the IP address and the requested page, to deliver and secure the website.
Enquiries and contact
If you send an enquiry through a form on this website, email us or write to us on WhatsApp, we use your name, company, contact details, the product and delivery details you give and your message to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and manage a possible business relationship. Our legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in business correspondence (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for these purposes and for legal and accounting obligations.
Enquiry forms
The forms on this website set no cookies. When you submit one, your entries are sent over an encrypted connection to Formspree, Inc. (United States), a form service that processes them on our behalf, stores the submission and forwards it to our email inbox. According to Formspree’s published documentation, the data is hosted with Amazon Web Services in the United States and Formspree relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EU. Please enter only what is needed for your enquiry. If you prefer not to use the form, write to sales@vvoprom.ee.
Other services
Emails are handled by our email provider. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp, which processes messages under its own terms; the WhatsApp link opens that service in a new tab.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to sales@vvoprom.ee. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) or to the supervisory authority in your country.
